Employee of the Month
Butchie Sanford
This month we want to express our deepest gratitude to a steadfast, core member of our team, Butchie. This humble, hardworking, dependable man is an indispensable front load driver. He is unfailing in his loyalty and ferocious work ethic. He takes full responsibility for his route ensuring that everything is done seamlessly. He works tirelessly to provide extraordinary service and is known to loop back through areas when containers are blocked or to accommodate last minute requests, when his route swells in the summer reaching double digit hour days, complaints do not escape his lips. He is diligent in taking ownership of each stop and communicating to the office when he notices a customer needs increased or decreased service, a containers need to be replaced, or if there are placement issues. His family is entwined with the Cavossa business’s, and we consider his family our family. Most importantly he represents the company in a positive and professional manor and embodies the values we would like all our Cavossa employees to align with.
Congratulations Butchie!
